Julie G. Mathews, President, founded SBL in March 2006. Her work experience includes serving as a Medical Office Manager for various private physician practices with multiple responsibilities including all daily operations and back office procedures. Ms. Mathews has successfully coordinated new physician start-ups, managed multiple offices and established office policies and procedures. With over 21 years of experience, she has extensive knowledge managing care contracts, accounts receivable, staffing, sales and marketing and medical regulation compliance. She most recently served as an independent contractor from July 2004 to December 2005. Ms. Mathews received her formal education from the Northeastern Business School in Bay City, MI, and serves as Director of Human Resources for the company.

Monty J. Mathews became Vice President and was appointed General Manager for the company in July 2006. After previously serving as the Division Vice President for Waste Management, Inc. In this position, he was responsible for all business activities with direct control of annual revenues in excess of $145M and the supervision of 880 employees who serviced numerous transportation, disposal and material recovery facilities. Mr. Mathews served on USA Waste Services Inc.’s Merger Development Team and then served as State Manager for Louisiana and Arkansas. From 1986 to 1995 he was a minority stockholder in Sunray Services, Inc., which was acquired by USA Waste Services, Inc. Mr. Mathews has a BSBA from the University of Arkansas.

Shannon Lashley Richardson, CPA became the Secretary/Treasurer of the company in July 2008. Ms. Richardson has 15 years experience in professional services within the Accounting Industry. She has spent most of her career working as Manager-In-Charge or Senior Manager for Certified Public Accounting Firms. Ms Richardson has a Masters of Accounting from the University of North Florida and became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 2001.
