Julie G. Mathews, President, founded SBL in March 2006. Her work experience includes serving as a Medical Office Manager for various private physician practices with multiple responsibilities including all daily operations and back office procedures. Ms. Mathews has successfully coordinated new physician start-ups, managed multiple offices and established office policies and procedures. With over 21 years of experience, she has extensive knowledge managing care contracts, accounts receivable, staffing, sales and marketing and medical regulation compliance. She most recently served as an independent contractor from July 2004 to December 2005. Ms. Mathews received her formal education from the Northeastern Business School in Bay City, MI.
Deborah Deinstadt became the Secretary of the company in October 2006. Ms. Deinstadt has 30 years experience in cost management and process solutions within the healthcare industry. She spent most of her career working beside each client to achieve cost containment and reduction goals. Ms. Deinstadt earned widespread recognition for her industry insights through various trade journal publications including: Healthcare Purchasing News, Radiology Management, CFO, ADVANCE for Imaging and Oncology Administrators and Health Facilities Management.

Monty J. Mathews was appointed General Manager for the company in
July 2006. Mr. Mathews previously served as the Division Vice President for Waste Management, Inc.’s North Florida Market Area. In this position he was responsible for all business activities with direct control of annual revenues in excess of $145M and the supervision of 880 employees who serviced numerous transportation, disposal and material recovery facilities. Mr. Mathews served on USA Waste Services Inc.’s Merger Development Team and was State Manager for Louisiana and Arkansas.
From 1986 to 1995 he was a minority stockholder in Sunray Services, Inc., which was acquired by USA Waste Services, Inc.
G K joined the team as Director of Market Development in July 2010 with over 30 years experience within the textile sales and service industry. Prior to joining the SBL team, Mr. served as a minority shareholder of S L A. His responsibilities included core business growth, supervision of plant and equipment procedures and management of the company’s start up investments. Prior to this appointment, he held various positions within the industry.
